What work do you do at Total Bathroom Renovations?
I’ve been in business for 20 years. I renovate bathrooms, toilets and laundries. I have a small team and I like to think we do great work at a reasonable price.
Before the website, how did you go about getting customers for your business?
There have been two ways I’ve got customers. One is from referrals, where someone knows someone I’ve helped. The other way is advertising in the local papers.
Over the years, advertising in local papers was becoming more and more expensive. Sometimes I’d make cut backs to suit my budget such as making my ads smaller, but often in a small ad it is impossible to showcase my work as I would like.
How did you start working with Kwik Kopy?
Here’s a thing I’m not too proud to admit. I didn’t have a website.
Then in early 2013, in discussions with my wife, I decided to get a website developed.
I didn’t know where to start but I contacted a website guy that someone knew. Big mistake! Yes, I got a website but I certainly wasn’t happy with it. It just didn’t look right.
